| Problem | C.T tapping not connect to the Red Phase as required due to spacing instead using the Yellow Phase |
| Remarks | Slight changes at the panel wiring. During energizing of the steps, the first 3 steps fuse tend to fused off (32Amp).After few replacement it become normal. |
